Brief and initial price

Send drawings or tell us your idea. An initial solution with a price within 1–3 working days.

Us: We review your information and propose an initial solution with a price.
Duration: 1–3 working days
Result: Initial solution and quote

Project and approval

We confirm the measurements, materials and hardware. Only an approved project goes into production.

You: You choose the materials, colours and hardware and approve the project.
Us: We confirm the measurements and appliances and prepare the production drawings.
Duration: About 1–3 weeks, depending on the project
Result: Approved project and contract, 50% deposit

Measuring and production in Jõhvi

We measure the site again. CNC machining, edging and assembly under one roof. Production time 6–8 weeks.

You: You give us access to the site for measuring.
Us: We measure the site again. CNC machining, edging and assembly take place in our factory in Jõhvi.
Duration: 6–8 weeks
Result: Finished furniture, checked at the factory

Installation and handover

Our own team, at an agreed time. 2-year warranty.

Visualisation: installing a wardrobe door

You: The room is ready for installation: walls and ceilings finished, flooring laid, electrics and lighting in place, water and drainage outlets positioned as in the project.
Us: Our own team installs at the agreed time and hands the work over together with you.
Duration: From one day, depending on the scope
Result: Installed furniture and a 2-year warranty

The more of these you have to hand, the more accurate the initial price. You don't need everything. You can start with a single photo.

Questions

Is the initial quote free?

A quote is usually free if you place an order. Insurance quotes and measuring on site are charged, but the fee is deducted from your order.

How does payment work?

We sign a contract: 50% deposit and 50% before installation.

Can the project be changed after approval?

Yes, the project can be changed until production starts.

What if something breaks?
